These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Wyze Labs, Inc. and individuals who access or use the company’s websites, mobile applications, hardware products, and related digital services. By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using any service offered through the Wyze platform, a user indicates acceptance of these terms and agrees to comply with all applicable conditions described in this agreement. Anyone who does not agree with the provisions of the terms should refrain from using the services or purchasing products offered through the platform.

Wyze provides several types of digital and physical offerings, including websites operated under its domain names, a mobile application used to control devices and access services, and a range of connected hardware products. When such additional terms apply, they are considered part of the overall agreement between the user and the company. Activities that interfere with system performance, violate intellectual property rights, or disrupt other users’ experience are prohibited. Attempting to reverse engineer the services, extract proprietary information, bypass security protections, or develop competing services based on Wyze technology is not allowed. The services may also not be used for illegal conduct, unauthorized commercial activity, or actions that violate applicable regulations.

From time to time, the company may release software updates or improvements for its products and applications. These updates may include bug fixes, security patches, feature enhancements, or performance improvements. Updates may be installed automatically without requiring additional approval from users. If a user chooses not to accept such updates, certain functions of the services may become unavailable.

Use of connected devices and services requires certain technical conditions, such as a reliable internet connection, compatible mobile devices, and appropriate system settings. Users are responsible for maintaining the equipment and connectivity necessary to operate their devices. Interruptions in network services, internet connectivity, or third-party systems may affect the availability or reliability of the services, and the company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Users may be able to create or share content through certain features of the services. This may include comments, messages, photos, videos, or other materials submitted through the platform. While users retain ownership of their content, they grant the company a broad license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display such materials for purposes related to operating and improving the services. Content submitted by users must comply with community standards and legal requirements. Materials that are unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or that violate the rights of others may be removed by the company without notice.

Users are granted limited permission to access and use the services for personal purposes but do not receive ownership rights to the underlying technology or materials. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of the company’s intellectual property is prohibited.

Purchases made through the website or application are subject to additional terms governing transactions. Product listings may include descriptions, specifications, and images intended to represent the items offered for sale, although minor variations may occur. Availability of products can change, and the company reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel transactions if necessary. Prices displayed for products generally do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which may be added during the checkout process.

Some services may require payment of subscription fees. When a user enrolls in a recurring subscription, the payment method provided will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle until the subscription is canceled.
